Brian D. FitzGerald

Brian FitzGerald: Brian was born and raised in San Francisco, but now lives in Napa with his wife and children. He has been an attorney for 27 years, whose practice included working in criminal law as a prosecutor and defense attorney and in civil law as an insurance defense and plaintiffs' counsel. Brian, whose office is in San Francisco, has been with the California Department of Insurance for over 18 years, enforcing the Insurance Code and regulations against companies and agents in hearings. His work requires him to travel around the State and visit the other Department offices where he is known by investigators, examiners, actuaries and analysts who work with him.
